Bit of an update on the green lane run. We've a local TRF member joining us for the ride out who's busy checking my GPX files and adding in a few touches of his own. This is looking like being a great day out with (obviously) plenty of Norfolk mud and water. The local advice is knobblies only.

We'll be setting off on the run approx 10am and it'll be a full day for all those who want it. The option to cut back to camp if you've had enough is always open.

Would the green lane run be suitable on a f800gs with knobblies Alun? I would like to join you for the day only, coming from Nowich.

Hi
Just saw you lot at Swaffham and got directed to this forum
How do you think I would've managed on a KTM 690 smc (not enduro) with goldspeed wet tyres? Your bikes looked like it was fairly muddy.
Cheers

You would have been fine. There were 2 GS650's on Touances that managed OK.
I was the one on the Tiger (now very muddy).
Crackin day, crackin lanes.

The Greenlaners left at 10.00 hours led by a very nice Guy from The TRF, very handy on his GS1200, and some of them were out until 20.00 hours. Bikes were very muddy on return, and someone had a terrible fall in a pile of s**ite, someone run out of petrol but all had a cracking day. Post up your pics and video here.
