Are these times GMT or BST? Maybe you have already converted into BST or will we still be in GMT at that time of year??

It made be worth adding tidal information too, for those planning to go for an early morning dip in the sea?

Hi mate,
The times will be current with the time of year... BST.
To be honest I can't see anyone wanting a dip in May, as the sea temp is generally at it's coolest, anyhow it seems that the tide predictions for May aren't published yet.. just a week or so in advance at the moment.
BTW, This might be a historic rally if what I hear comes to fruition.
Apparently this Spring is the last time that the clocks will go forward?
