Mrs has just said there is a great cafe at the bog which does great "desserts" but she is not sure of the opening times. Good views from the "stiperstones"

I'll ask my mate who does a lot of cycling around Bishops castle re route and pub grub

Cheers Spud ;)

Spoken to mate re route he has given a 10/10 he cycles it regulary. He said coming of the Long Mind do the "Asterton Bank" next to the glider station and not the one chosen. He said the part of the route from D - E - F is excellent with excellent views. The roads will be dirty and have lots of pot holes.

Pubs he recommends the 6 Bells in town best pub grub, but he said you may have to book, and will have to book if a group is going.

Have a great weekend all

cheers Spud ;)

Have a look at this if there is a group that want to only do a road ride, A mixture of roads , scenery, and nice places to visit.
Just a thought....

That was just a route for Road goers,Mostly double lanes but smaller roads and quiet, But could be adapted so there is more single track stuff, if thats what you want.
Some fantastic scenery on this run though :)
