The Pipe and Slippers Run

Post by PeterT »

Many thanks to the 14 who took part in the run this year. It was a real pleasure despite the early showers. The day was made so much the better for the excellent standard of riding and well disciplined use of the drop off system. Special thanks to Paul for ably marshalling things at the back.

I'm hoping that some of you can post some pics here in the fullness of time :)

Great ride out though I did bail out after the lunch break.

Weather or not , us ABR's can do it and the sunny bits out numbered the wet bits.

I had a great Friday and curry night, and managed the hundred + miles blast home, chasing a storm, but thankfully didn't catch up with it.

Thanks to Maria and Paul once again for a cool event.

 :cheer: ;)

This is what happens when you don't know you're having your photo taken.

Paul is going to post one soon with us all smiling, aren't you Paul?

I opted out of the run when I saw the size of the group & the news that a 150 mile run was planned  so went in search of a Bird  and found:-
