I have to say I am struggling with this site at the moment and it prevents me using it !

The message does not move to the sent folder until the other person has read it. It's a neat way of letting you know if the message has been read. Any other issues post them up and I'll do my best to help.

I am getting 'a load of text & 'fat freddy' picture displayed briefly on loading & unloading a thread as shown in the attached screen dumps, not sure if text is the same each time but the picture is.
Only comes up on this site over the last few days, not anywhere else.
It on appears to do it in Firefox not Chrome.

Thanks for reporting I'll get our tech guy to check it out.

We've not had any other reports like this so if anyone else has had this experience please let us know.

Just so you know, the site and server diagnostics are not showing any problems or issues.

Update
Ran Norton & malwarbytes nothing showed up
logged out of ABR & removed ABR cookies (I think!) from Firefox and still showed Fat Freddy on ABR start but text has changed a bit now shows this thread as first on list - see attachment
OK in Chrome but not logged in, logged in still no problem.
tried my win 8,1 tablet with Firefox and no problem but not logged in.

if I turn off all Firefox all extensions it disappears if I enable either or both Adblocker or Norton Safe Web the text & picture appear when I go to a thread plus sometimes briefly a blue screen background or a mini window or the site index listing on a blue background which may persist can only get out by stepping back to previous screen, which probably a function of my keying/mouse sequence.
Perhaps some recent 'enhancements' of Firefox are to blame using the latest 69.0.3, may be started with 69.0.0
Checked I have Norton Safe Web on for Chrome where the problem does not occur.
