From my experience, the Host of the rally should add it to the 'Events Calander'

Just open the Events Tab and scroll down to Add Event

Fill in the details and complete the required fields

The event will automatically be listed in the Events Calander
If I'm not online.............

I'm probably out on the Bat Bike

just added the Malvern to the event calendar ,,,,,

as its now an established event there was one or two asking for dates a few of weeks ago , but i was still in

throughs of running the Yule Tide rally ,,

so i booked the site again and got the dates out for ones wanting to book time off work ,,

its now all set ,,, but would like to get someone that will take a off road ride this year ,,

the road ride is sorted .

Just to clear things up.
The West Wales 2017 rally was posted up on the Events Calendar on January 1st , with a small heading about approval from a member of staff.
Since then I have emailed Bryn Davies who said he will add the West Wales rally to the forum, and that was over a week ago.
So its up to the powers that be I'm afraid.
