unsubscribe to posts.....HELP....PLEASE!

This morning I had a few minutes to idle away and read some of the entertaining posts on site from my samsung phone.........and since then I have had my mail box fill up with "new post" or "reply" messages on everything I read......
I looked at the "unsubscribe" label and Im not logged in or subscribed to any of them.......so HTF do I stop them without classing everything as spam?
I did try the "help" button but that just gives me an overview on a bloke called Alun from SoA......
help please.....

You have to hit the 'unsubscribe' button located at the top of the thread

Thanks for your help but Im not recorded as"subscribed"......if I go to the posts via the email link I have the options:
Reply topic
subscribe
favourite
.......unless of course I have to subscribe and then unsubscribe!

I am getting notifications on everything I looked at......

I had the same problem just after the site update but its settled down now.

Have you inadvertently subscribed to a category.

This is different to a thread subscription..
I was surfing using my phone a few months back and some how managed to subscribe to a couple of categories. Before I sussed what I had done I had received about 200 email notifications.

Get hold of one of the admins they can send you a detailed step by step guide

You have somehow subscribed"The pub" topic.
You need to click on the pub in topics then unsubscribe at the top of page.
