I have both the RAM and the Touratech with the fitted rugged mount.

The RAM is good, great value,, maybe vibes a wee bit but nothing too bad.I set up a fag lighter socket to power it.
The rugged mount on its own has a screw to lock the unit in place and wires into the loom

The Touratech with the rugged pretty much is the ultimate way to mount the Montana.
Well made, lockable, damping units to combat the vibes (Montana is a fairly sizable unit)

Touratech wins hands down. But costs as much as a small village in Wales
Round the world ???

Round the bend more like !
