Uppermoor Lane, Parwich. DMMO Claim for BOAT.

Post by Hugh »

Uppermoor Farm Lane, Parwich

Greetings folks, another request for User Evidence.

We have been advised that the Uppermoor Farm Lane DMMO BOAT claim is now being considered and it would benefit from being backed up by a number of 1984 - 2004 user evidence forms from MPV riders/drivers, just in the same way as we still request for New Lane and Broadway/Bulltor Lane, Priestcliffe, Taddington.

The lane in question connects from Cardlemere Lane to Parwich Dale, as can be seen on my coloured map. In this case your UEF should be signed, scanned and emailed to DCC direct (before 21st May 2021) quoting DCC ref: 25356, to [email protected]

Your UEF must include a copy of the consultation map, see attached pdf forms, marked up with the route ridden/driven and signed by you to personalise it. Keep a copy for your records and please send an additional copy to us so that we can record it and keep it for use in any future public inquiry;

[email protected]

The original DMMO documents for you to download are linked here;

https://apps.derbyshire.gov.uk/applicat ... ppID=03112
https://apps.derbyshire.gov.uk/applicat ... x03112.pdf

Please help us to keep the lanes open for all to use. Thank you.

Good afternoon folks,

Just got home from the Peaky Boulders LDT, still in one piece but only just.

Anyway the main point is that we are still looking for User Evidence for the following lanes which are under threat;
  • New Lane, Priestcliffe, Taddington
    Broadway and Bulltor Lanes, Priestcliffe, Taddington
    Uppermoor Lane, Parwich
Please contact us if you need any guidance; [email protected]
