Audible plug warning doofer

If you know how to do something, share it with other members. i.e How to fix a puncture...How to ship a bike to Alaska etc. The post with the most 'Thank You' votes in a month wins an ABR Hoodie.

remember to always set the alarm on your mobile phone at this point, as a routine
(allow enough time for the pump use)
keep phone with you at all times (most of us do)
(wrap phone in plastic bag if raining, place in close pocket)
jump like f*ck when the alarm goes off
try to remember why you set the alarm
Thanks Gary. Problem is....

I don't really do mobile phones. I have one, somewhere. It's a Nokia from about 2007. When I stopped work I basically never got another one and the whole smart phone revolution has totally passed me by. When I think 'phone' it looks like this:

Not really pocketable...

Just cut the wire, Dave, twist the ends to a small battery, and force into pocket

Sorted it. The easy way.

I dug out a very old radio and I've plugged it into the multigang with the on/off switch.

I've tuned it to 'NRJ' - which is France's worst radio channel. It plays all the most appalling Europap ballads.

So when I pass by the well pump plug on my way into the house I am driven mad by the terrible racket coming out of the radio and it forces me to switch it off.

The problem is solved.
