While riding to work the other day the idea struck me that we should have an unofficial challenge to see who can be the king of cold. The idea is that whoever has ridden in the coldest temperatures by the end of winter would get the virtual crown. There is no evidence required and it will be done on an honest basis. Maybe someone with better IT skills than me could do a banner that is awarded.
I will start the ball rolling with -4. I know people on here will easily beat it though.

Done plenty of riding in the snow, but never known what the temperature was.
Did end up covered in frost after camping up on Skye last spring, with the bikes cheap stick on temp gauge showing a lowest temperature of -5c overnight, if that counts?
