Vibrates like a hammer drill around town, but I no longer do any city work , only long runs and it's great for that.daveuprite wrote: ↑Fri Nov 06, 2020 10:16 am Oooh, a Buell. Don't see those much these days. Do you like it?

Re: Photo chain link...
Total coincidence, one rode past me near Limoges today. Sounded great. I've never been a fan of anything Harley but those bikes were a really good effort to get the engine into a frame/package that could handle. Love the big rim-mounted disc and the fuel in the frame etc. Lots of good ideas. I had a go on a mate's Firebolt once and it was pretty good really. Engine too lazy, but easy to ride and the steering head angle helped it turn fast. Reminded me a bit of the TL1000S I had for years, but would have been much better if they'd used that motor (like Bimota and Cagiva did).soho wrote: ↑Fri Nov 06, 2020 10:30 amVibrates like a hammer drill around town, but I no longer do any city work , only long runs and it's great for that.daveuprite wrote: ↑Fri Nov 06, 2020 10:16 am Oooh, a Buell. What an interesting castle it is too.
Tenuous link. This photo taken while touring Wales during their year of the castle some time in the 80's.
Pretty sure I've used this before, sorry.
