I know this doesn't count but i have been there before !!

Seeing i sold the bike some time ago i can't even cheat !!

Not only is it an old photo and a no longer owned bike, I do believe it's the same bloody castle too, from the other side. :laugh:


Anyway, it gave me a good excuse to give the thread a bump for the weekend. :whistle:

Been away on the bike this w/e in the Yorkshire dales. But give me a bit of time and i'll tag it properly. This coming week with a bit of luck
And yes it is the same castle.........I was rather hoping that it would enthuse someone to pop out and snap it !

I appreciate Monuments to Authors are reasonably rare (I only know of 2), so I'd suggest any form of memorial or plaque to an author would qualify.

So if you can get your bike next to a Plaque in a coffee shop that says "J. K. Rowling never wrote here" that would do.
