If it isn’t 70%, it isn’t chocolate? ;)
Well I do like all the posh Lindt, Cote D'Or and Maison De Chocolat stuff we get here, but I'm still a sucker for Galaxy. Or Ripple, or Minstrels. And for some reason it's hard to get hold of in Limousin.

When I first left home at 18 I lived in a shared house in Britwell, Slough. It was about 500 yards from the Mars factory and about a mile from the Cippenham Sewerage Works. On days when the wind was in exactly the right (i.e. wrong) direction, a kind of shitty chocolate melange would swirl its way to our garden. Nice.

Didn't put me off Galaxy though. I love it.

Back then, nearly everyone in Slough knew, or was related to, a Mars shift-worker. The factory used to give the staff free boxes of very slightly faulty or damaged chocolate bars - as a perk of the job but probably to discourage pilfering off the production line. And funnily enough there are now about 8 separate dentist clinics in Slough.

We have cows in the field next to us so we are used to ‘smells’ wafting our way.

The approach from the north east is road track you get a car up, the south west approach is via a tight lane with a long tight stretch of mostly flat stone but a bit tight and overgrown at each end this time of year, but at least dry so doable on 50/50 tyres
Parts of the loop shown are not what I class as big bike friendly but doable

Some where near Haworth had a test ride done about 350 miles on it this week thought it was a great bike better in nearly every way over the 800 that I had
