This is not my video Mark but this is what I use, it's a great bit of kit.

You need a WIDE tyre lever, and an adjustable spanner

Squeeze the tyre lever flat between the rim and the tyre.

Clamp the adjustable on the tyre lever at 90 degrees to the length of the lever.

Use the adjustable to rotate the lever 90 degrees, so as it turns it pushes the tyre off the rim.

Or put the wheel flat on the ground in front of a car wheel...lined up so the car wheel will run over the tyre but not the rim.

Drive the car onto the tyre.

Or put the tyre in a vice and tighten the vice.

Or go to a motor cycle tyre shop, and give the nice man £15 to do it for you.

I've used all the above methods....the last one is the easiest.

Link to Bob's vid of breaking a bead.

This isn't me...it's nothing to do with me...don't blame me if you try this and it ends in disaster

Slightly late, but I celebrated Freedom Day on Monday night with the first ride since late October.

The Yorkshire Dales were beautiful as always 8-)

Beautiful spring day here in the Limousin, France. Ségur-le-Château, Corrèze.

Making the most of it as we're going back into lockdown again from saturday
