Another 200 miles today. Headed over to Hadrians Wall and then Hartside pass. A bit of motorway work and ended up at Glossop. I was staying at Ladybower but they had closed the snake pass, but some lovely chap let me through as long as I rode with hazards on. Anyone else done the Snake pass with no other traffic?

Went east for a change (and to avoid the forecast wetness that was supposed to be heading in from the west). As far as this place . . .
Former RAF weapons range tower at Rosehearty.
A little way west along the coast is New Aberdour beach, the grey bit on the left of the picture.
This view is, to my mind, very reminiscent of the views you can experience when travelling along the Irish Wild Atlantic Way (well, it remind me of the bits I rode several years ago)
