It's Chateaux Le Val on the Bort-les-Orgues Reservoir.
South West of Clermont Ferrand, France.

They're old 'Trax' pannier expansion bags.
Very faded and very tatty.
I've had them for years and generally just keep a brew kit in one side and picnic food in the other.
If they get stolen, it won't be a major disaster.
I use those lightweight drybags available from high street camping shops inside.
