Picked up a nearly new R1250GS Adventure on Saturday after 15 months on an S1000XR. Knocked up nearly 400 miles riding it around the Yorkshire Dales and North Pennines building stamina ready for our trip to the south of France at the end of the month

Re: A photo you took, today
My lodgers have left the garage.
I put a cardboard shelf under the nest when it started to slip on the nails and chainsaw files. It had 4 little eggs in it.
One egg hatched prematurely, but the little wren kept sitting, and 3 baby wrens have now flown the nest. We were in the garage at the time, and we counted them out. RESULT!

Re: A photo you took, today
After 3 days on the Southern beaches of Skiathos I couldn't stand anymore so we rented a little quad for 3 days to tour the slightly more remote regions in the North of the island, well worth doing of you're over there.
Open your eyes and you see what is in front of you, open your mind and you see a bigger picture but open your heart and you see a whole new World.

Huge overland trip to Bedfordshire this early morning !
Came across the airship hangers at Cardington air field while testing warranty dealer repairs
F**k me they're HUGE. (if you look carefully there is a car just right of the left hanger)
