How about we list a couple of youtube vid recommendations for Christmas evenings entertainment, a couple each with a short blurb as to the content, to save wasting time if not of interest to the prospective viewer. This one is about a US military pilot's life including getting shot down in Vietnam and recovering and going on to fly the beautifull SR71 Blackbird.
This one some personal accounts of some Canadian Snipers in WW2.

I really enjoyed watching that but… It was really hard to judge the difficulty of sections. They often referred to the sections as being medium to hard but the film didn’t seem to reflect that. Is that categorisation based on the assumption that you will be riding a big, heavy adventure bike with full luggage? It’s fairly obvious that wet conditions can change the difficulty rating in minutes but apart from that I found it confusing.

We've just watched the full documentary on Netflix which was fantastic but here is a short trailer as a taster
