Hello all
Have cobbled together a video of me exploring the byways on and around Salisbury Plain last week - so nice to get out and get the bike dirty again

You were brave, going through that puddle, seeing as it's been the driest May in the history of dry May's. If there is still water in the ruts, its gonna be either kin deep or sticky as Eerrrr Mud
Going by your verbal expletive a bit of both.
Nice to see the Plain again, lovely and dusty.
Bastard, we are stuck in Wales and not allowed out

Haha, yeah, I thought with the dry weather any puddle I'd find would only be a few inches deep at best so a bit of a shock when the front wheel dove into a hole half way across!
There were some dodgy looking ones on the perimeter track I skirted after that.
Only later did I start to think of how stagnant the water must have been too...
Going to give it another visit at the end of the week.
Hopefully you lot will be allowed out to play soon too.

Lovely little video. I did some trips there (from Surrey) last year on my G650GS and enjoyed the trails and paths a lot. Can't wait to get back. I normally camp locally. Any recommendations?

Nice one . I've ridden the Plain several times in the past. Happy times.
