Thank you for taking the time to make those videos. I really enjoyed them. I like to ride the back roads of France, much better than just blasting down an autoroute .

Brilliant bike, 100% reliable, perfect on narrow roads and in the corners. Bit boring in the factory setup as totally smooth. But after a few simple mods it's got much more character (not much more power though )PHILinFRANCE wrote: ↑Sun May 10, 2020 6:36 am Thanks LB , realy enjoyed those vids , i took a very similar route on the way home last year and i called in at the same war cemetry , very sad place

true, motorways are totally boring. And that castle looks better with your bike

Re: Brittany and Normandy 2019
Greetings,
Bob you mention the back roads of France. My wife and I sometimes visit Dinard, near St Malo, and on a few occasions we have hired a little Peugeot Scooter from the local cycle shop, Breiz, and simply plodded around the area using the back lanes. The sights and smells are wonderful, only experienced by riding slowly. Much to the amusement and amazement of the shop owner we even went down to Chateaubriant one day.
We have been over both on the Norton and the Triumph, as you say taking your time on back roads is so enjoyable over in France.

Hugh.
