Very nice Nick, you thinking of upgrading? Think you should go for it buddy.

Ha, nice idea and it's the only giant trailie ( yeah I know they're calling it a 'middleweight' but come on really ) that I'd consider, gets great reviews, who knows, maybe I'll pick up a secondhand one in a few years.chunky butt wrote: ↑Fri Mar 27, 2020 12:10 pmVery nice Nick, you thinking of upgrading? Actually I'm downsizing my 'adventure' bike, gonna sell DRZ when confinement is lifted.....so who knows when that will be ! Rather fancy a little TTR 250

That vid makes it look agile and fast (and it sounds fantastic). But it's all down to the rider. Wish I had those skills.
My problem is that I try to ride like that, and fail...

You can see the weight on the bumps and when he's trying to stop the thing.
Open your eyes and you see what is in front of you, open your mind and you see a bigger picture but open your heart and you see a whole new World.

Nice video but the first thing that sprung to my mind was that it really looked like/reminded me of how my old DRZ-E behaved when it was ridden at speed or in anger. Clearly, I didn’t have his ability but I couldn’t help thinking that the way the front end slams down into the ground after the jumps or bumps is very similar and probably due to the weight. But as I say, nice video .
