A Catalan road to compete with the Stelvio pass?

Found a great video then post it up here. It doesn't have to be about bikes.

Down that way in 2018 last, trail ride from Santander then watched a little of the World rally, cracking ride down to a fantastic riding region of Spain road or trail, if you've not been go take a look. I stayed in Flix not knowing of your place then Alan, made for a great end of season run even with the snowy return trip. No WRC round down there this year but I will be back again.

Done that road twice, it's brilliant ! (once on an outfit, brilliant and scary :) ) So much quieter than Italy too. A must do, coupled with a night or two in the amazing Morrella Castellon !

Could I ask what that first track is ? it's crackin'.
