Well, a tin of Strongbow washed down the pasta salad, followed by a seat in the lounge with a nice dram, 18yr old Tomatin from my collection.
A lovely single malt, 43% by vol, from the Monadhlaith hills, with a similar sweet taste to a good Speyside dram but with a hint of peat, served, as ever, by the delectable Fiona (she'll not know what that means, she's been on the Jack Daniels!)
Another recommended dram from the Highlands!

Wow...that's an early start for a Saturday!! We have had family round tonight, so the red wine has been flowing vey freely....I can't pretend to know my wine (heathen that I am!!)...just know that I like what I've poured!! Happy Weekend to everyone!
