As a long-standing vmcc member and a new-to-trf member, I think what mario has done is massively better than what anybody has done in the vmcc for decades. Its always 'characters' who have a go at leading voluntary organisations, so you get what you vote for

As I've said before, you can't knock Mario's hard work and enthusiasm.
The downside is poor people skills, and a not very open mind.
I think he'd rather be a CEO than a chairman.
