Anyone had any issues with Touch Global

Just wondered if anyone else has had issues using TG when making a purchase?
Wife bought me a pair of Forma Adventure boots (£194) .
They then sent the wrong pair, listed on their site for £149. Now they expect me to pay for the return . Tossers .
