Actually we love em. Our hamlet (if that's what you call it) consists basically of one inter-related group, split into about 10 houses. All related over generations. Sloping foreheads, grazed knuckles etc etc. If it moves they bash it with a club. But all very nice people - we lend and borrow, we help each other out and we talk shit over the gate. We've been here 13 years now but we are no longer the newest outsiders. A couple from Paris moved in a few years back and nobody talks to them! In 2012, we went to the funeral of Madame Justine, the oldest resident, aged 90-something. She had never even been to Limoges, 50kms away, never been on a train or in a plane, never seen a city, never been to a laser all night acid warehouse rave - nothing. It always amazes me how isolated and cut off you can still be even in Western Europe.

What? That is outrageous!
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

Sounds idyllic Dave, thought the village we moved to 6 years ago was small with 300 houses. At least it makes the social distancing much easier when you go for a walk :D

Police still can't find the robber disguising himself as a drag queen.

There are few clues as to his identity, but they do know he has a Wigan address.
