Insurance conundrum

So my previous insurance expired at midnight, my current insurance started at 00.01, what happens if you have an accident in that minute?
Stop riding for a minute or have an accident, lie and claim off old insurance before midnight, or lie and claim off new insurance after 00.01?

Midnight runs from 00:00:00 to 00:00:59 I think.

Also at what point does not feeding a Mogwai after midnight become OK for the next day? Is it from midnight till bedtime or does it last until dawn?

If your accident starts at 23.59.59 but you don't come to rest until 00.01 can you claim of both

There is no gap.
Midnight is 24.00 or 12.00 or 00.00
writtn to the nearest minute .

Written to the nearest second ..
Midnight is 24.00.00 or 12.00.00 or 00.00.00

So 24.00 also covers 24.00.59 but is expressed to the nearest minute. but must include all the seconds up to 24.

00.00 includes all the seconds and parts of seconds right up to 00.01 which is one whole minute after midnight

If you had an accident at 00.00.50 say .. this time is still written as 00.00 if written to the nearest minute

Best thing is to claim off old insurance, if bike is written off you have to pay again to insure the replacement with new insure
