Absolutely gutted for him.

Could have been a record breaking year at the TT.

Best wishes and get well soon.

d'oh!!!

Sorry to hear that.

As for Martin....I watched an interview of BBC NI yesterday online and it they were just there to set the bike up and test it in readiness for the IOM TT. His heart didn't seem to be in it IMO as he wasn't going on about winning and trying his best to do so etc. and mentioning just about set up. That was the official line..here just to take it easy. This tallies with him being pulled out?

Could the Honda not being quite in the game have anything to do with both JM and GM?

Honda have withdrawn from the rest of the NW200. So no Superbike or superstock races for them tomorrow (today).

Rumours rife now about the fly by wire throttle being the cause. I wonder how many people waiting for the new blade will maybe wait a little bit longer now.

I wonder if that's why JM and GM were sitting in practice around 20th and 13th?

I wonder too if that's how GM had her overlooked and came off the bike in Tandragee?

I wonder more who would take a Honda spot in the IoM now?

Anyway as I said get well soon JM.

Hopefully he'll get well soon and knock the road racing on the head soon. He's starting to get on for a road racer, especially a competitive one. You don't get any faster with age.
I went to school with John and even though I don't know him now, it would be terrible to see something bad happen to him because he wanted to get that TT record etc.
