Quite honestly I have not spoken to a single person who is voting to stay in as most people I know are around my age and older (56yrs) and can see the impacts on our lives the EU is having and even my daughter and her husband who are in their late twenties are voting to leave.
Surely David Cameron as our supposedly democratically leader should be supplying the necessary facts as to the pros and cons of staying and leaving so the population make a informed decision whether we stay in the EU or leave, not all this rubbish about world war 3 etc.
I suppose when he finishes his term as prime minister he is lining his own nest with a top job in the EU if he can get us to stay.
Doesn't the poll at the top of the page say anything.
I'm voting out and nothing will change my mind.
EU. In or out?
Re: EU. In or out?
Dodgy Dave is now warning that if we leave the EU there will be a zombie apocalypse!! Is there nothing this man wont say to feather his future nest!!

That's why I take the results on forums with a similar demographic with a pinch of salt.vRSG60 wrote:66 % is quite a hefty margin, a lot closer ( +- 2 % ) on other forums I frequent.
A lot depends on where you live, where you work, who you socialise with plus all sorts of other factors but it's almost inevitable that certain groups will mainly think the same way. I'm not sure which group would be mainly pro Europe because I don't associate with them but my circle of friends are right in the centre where they see the benefits of both options.
Personally I don't see it as something where political leanings influence my opinion and nor would I allow trade union membership to sway me. This one is down to how I feel it will impact me and my family and stuff the rest (thumbs)

In the face of adversity or the small possibility there will be a charge of the light brigade type vote to stay in the EU, one must put on a brave face and keep a stiff upper lip what, whatmoto al wrote:And it's great too see it's being kept light hearted . Re: EU. In or out?
The fact that we pay the EU 50 million pounds a day for membership is enough for me to vote leave (thumbs)

and it appears they are sitting on some surprises for afterwards ...
from the Express..
Brussels bureaucrats are biding their time in the hope that the UK stays part of the EU, sources claim.
They then plan to demand €20billion more for their budget, expand freedom of movement and beef up human rights in a "Pandora's box" of new rules.
According to MEPs and diplomats, the measures are being kept quiet for fear they could alienate Britain for good.
