Saturday - sorting out last minute details for Sunday
Sunday - Running a charity Poker Run for a local bike club, in memory of fallen bikers. I too hope the weather is better than forecast
All local riders are invited along - 125+ miles of our bestest roads & scenery. Ticket price (£10) includes eats and a drink plus entry into the raffle (plenty of top biking & non biking prizes).

Damned Welshmen, you're all possessed!
I received an e-mail from MCMC regarding the charity poker run but due to the weather I'm giving it a miss this yr Steve.
That and I'm not sure of sobriety, damn Asda and it's cheap whisky!
I'll speak to you soon regards Fiona's Beemer mate, I've broke the breather off the rocker cover this week! LOL!

Good to hear Steve; I'm from the Valleys but I've a life long 'Bluebird' infection, due to my dad carrying me down Ninian Park on his shoulders back in the 60's. Maybe we should have a Tom Jones night on the site.
And speaking of music I'm being dragged, kicking and screaming to see a Bon Jovi tribute band tonight. Fortunately they serve good Guinness in the venue.

It's my birthday this weekend and instead of being out on my 1150GS I'm waiting impatiently for her to arrive back into the UK after a four week coast to coast ride across the US. She is now in Southampton so all being well I will get her home this week. B)
Re:The weekend thread
Last weekend was an adventure for sure, around the north coast and down the west of Scotland, camp in Ullapool then back across east on Sunday, now that's an adventure!
This weekend,,,, Saturday morning, housework! Afternoon, shopping! Evening, cooking! Sunday, lazing around until lunchtime after cooking breakfast then down to B&Q for some diy stuff!
Not the sort of weekend adventures are made of but it's wet and showery up here this weekend so the Mighty Vara's staying in it's bed! Real 'ard core!
(At least I have a major offroad weekend excursion with the mighty Varadero in two weeks, up to 90 miles of forest tracks in Galloway)B)
