No, but both trail bikes were named by the previous owner & they've stuck as I like them :)

Never given any of my bikes names, but being all of them were objects of desire and things of beauty, I have always referred to them in the feminine. After reading this thread, I am now going to name my current bike, just haven't come up with anything suitable yet. But rest assured, you'll all be the first to know once I do.

DR350 is 'Diesel' as it sounds agricultural and has a lot of Pull
Tiger 800xc is 'Heidi' as it's White and will take my up mountains
Cafe racer gs550 is yet to be finished and awaiting a name! :woohoo:
Wife's suzuki gs500f is Zippy
Wife's car is Frosty
My little truck is Golly! (thumbs)

I like giving them names as it adds character, but each to they're own!

First bike was Felicity - because she filled me with electricity (it's a Young Ones poem)

I've had Mary (blame Billy Bragg), Sheila (take a bow, Smiths reference) Currently working through Beautiful South song, I've had Jennifer, Alison and Philipa next ones will be Sue, Deborah and Annabel...

My first car was Ewan... go figure.
