well its been a few months since I was last on here
Since then I have sold the bike last year and lost just over 4 stone in weight, in training for a half marathon which is in may this year in Chester
I must say I have missed you lot and I have missed my bike more.
I was not going to bother with a new bike but I am feeling the urge to go out and get one asap.
plus I miss bongo burns too xx
