Well done for acting so well and if we still had Karma points you would be getting lots of them now.

I love the adrenaline buzz  but I really hate the adrenaline after kick when your legs go and a few other things if your unlucky  , and for a long time I have used a cup of tea to get back to a calm place. :)

In some culture you would now be responsible for the guy for the rest of his life, you had better move over Jim.

Well done again mate, cheers Spud ;)

Well done, great effort!

When it comes down to it most people freeze when it comes to CPR as they're afraid to do something wrong - the person can't get worse, they're dead!

Shock can also be a serious situation, so well done to the person that looked after you..

A brilliant effort, giving someone their life back is the best gift you can give.

Thank you for all the lovely responses, I was only doing what I was trained to do, I have been doing first aid at work for nearly 4 years and this was my first none breather, it was scary but working with a great bunch of first aiders made it less stressful, be safe out there, and if you want to save a life, go do the first aid course, It is worth it. :)
Life is for living so go out there and live it, have fun, be happy.
