My dad
I'd like to nominate a hero and that hero is my dad teflon we have had some serious ups and a lot of downs mainly due to my mental state recently but this man has been there and stood by me I've not been myself for a long time and I've blamed him and others for my erratic behaviour but I've recently contacted professional help and realised that it is my issues that have contributed to the irrational and erratic behaviour and stupid posts I've been doing I would like to personally apologise to my dad and anyone I've upset recently.

Re: My dad
If I was wearing a hat I’d take it off to you sir.
What a fantastic thing to say, we only have one Dad after all.
I’m glad that things are going back towards an up. Keep up the good work.

Re: My dad
Hat's off and respect to your Dad for being a Dad .
Speaking as a Dad myself it can be hard watching your kids struggle knowing that often all you can do is take it on the chin and still be there for them ......... it's called unconditional Love and your post shows that you recognise that .
You've taken a massive step on your journey so hat's off and much respect to you for posting .

Open your eyes and you see what is in front of you, open your mind and you see a bigger picture but open your heart and you see a whole new World.

It takes a strong brave man to to admit that they have some issues, good luck for the future. Your dad will always be there for you, it's what they do.
