Names of Cafes, please

Info on biker meeting places such as Box Hill,Poole Quay, etc. Please start each post with the county followed by the place in the subject box i.e. Warwickshire - The Waterman. It'll make things a lot easier to follow.

Names of Cafes, please

Post by Scott_rider »

Hi Guys...I haven't been on here in 11 months (due to too much work then not enough work)...hope everyone is ok 8-) .

I'm having a brain fade and can't remember the location of 2 biker cafes in mid-Wales...one is on a crossroads near the english/welsh border (I think) and was referred to possibly as Crossways?...the other one is a themed American style diner :? ?

Both are/were somewhere in the Abergavenny/Llandovery/Rhayader triangle...or maybe a bit further towards the English border? :?

Anyway, we're going to Tallybont on the road bikes at the weekend and I wouldn't mind re-visiting the cafes so any help would be appreciated.

Cheers 8-)

This is possibly the other one that you're on about. Been there a couple of times.

Thanks...not the one I was thinking of but we have been past it before so will take a look... 8-)

It was a purpose built cafe/restaurant set in a car park just off a main road...American themed...don't know if that helps? :?

Cheaper alternative to the Westend cafe in Llandovery although the former is my regular more often than not
