We are touring round France for the first 2 weeks of July but just looking to stay in places for 1 or 2 nights. Definitely want to visit at some stage but will probably bring the 250s on a trailer when we do (thumbs)

"but will probably bring the 250s on a trailer when we do"

And you'll have a ball , its far to hot and busy in the summer months for group off roading but you're more than welcome to come and play Sept to May and there's nothing to say we'll be booked for the time you're here , stay in touch and we could sort something out for a couple of nights

(thumbs) cheers Phil (thumbs)

Well that was one for the books  Stewie KTM 990, Gav KTM690 and Andy KTM690

Punctures were the least of the worries :S 1st day , mid afternoon 25°c and running along the GR route when Andys bike just cut out !!!
Towed him back to the shack , got the big hammers out and found that the rocker arm had snapped  .....7000 miles on a new bike and pop .....
Sorted out ins. and day 2 i let him take the Husky .....no good crying over spilt milk ,half way through the day we swopped and he took the Donk ......i lead the river crossing

Had an absolute great time at Jax Shack, got plenty of footage and pictures to get through and I'll put a RR together (thumbs)

Just a quick thanks for the throw overs and the Lumo bag, Andrew has commandeered them and they look like they were made for his DRZ, so next stop for the panniers is Taffy Dakar as they're doing a bit of a camping round trip to get there.
Double luggage, pillion and spare tyre, the 990 stood up well to the task (thumbs)

Five of us took over the garden with tents, jax was fantastic, we were made so welcome, a fridge full of beer and fresh eggs !!
we had a a great couple of ride out days, routes supplied by Phil.
