Hi all , thought it best to start a FACE PAGE for JAX SHACK B) Here's a taster of what to expect .....thanks to Stewie (thumbs) Open from September 1st through to May 31st Costs.......€85 per person per night up to 3 nights €75 " " " " for 4 nights or more Included....Self sevice breakfast, packed lunch, cooked evening meal, all drinks, work shop/ garage and trails Accomadation... 2 x ensuite bedrooms 1 twin and 1 triple , fitted kitchen, lounge, UK TV and for the brave a pool :woohoo: Where are we ?.......Here CAMPANOLE 46350 (thumbs) Phil (thumbs)

for those who have never met Phil, he's as mad as a box of frogs (no pun intended :whistle: ) but he's a top bloke and you are guaranteed to be well looked after (thumbs) and come back with some interesting memories :laugh:

Looks great that, what is the shortest route there? SW England?

Hi Phil it's Martin from the Touratech show ( just before you went on you adventure and spent the first night under your bash in the thunder storm ) see you are still messing around with back tyres then

Poole/Portsmouth to Cherbourg/Caen then stick your sat nav on 'shortest route' and off you go down all the lovely back roads of France.

You can even do some trails on the way........

One thing that Phil has neglected to mention ( modesty or old age :laugh: ) is the fantastically warm welcome you get at Jax Shack (thumbs)

As said a few of us are planning to trail down there in April over 3 days :huh: , I will post a RR when we get back and also make the route available to fellow ABRer's B)

Looks a very nice place Jax.What sort of trails do you use as some of use are a lot less enabled on mud and rocks than those reports Ive seen on here?

Hi Andi there's a full range of stuff , Bob one leg and myself did some of the GR routes last year on DR650 , there are some bits that may test people but nothing crazy
