There is a pub between burbage and Pewsey think dibbs knows it or one at Pewsey.... Both nm pub camping.... I'd ring up as its kinda mental down south on campsites at moment... The forest site at Marlborough is closed.... I'd not wild camp there as its a crazy wild place with strange happenings after dark.....

Bruce Inn, outside Pewsey 15mins from the cafe...

Yeah that's where we stayed the Bruce Inn. They do a nice Dorset scrumpy there too (red monkey or something!!!!) yum... and have toilet and shower block its just a small field behind the pub. As Tramp says might be worth a phone call first to book in.

I can tell you one place to avoid...Brades Acre...if your a family with kids who like having a barbie with the lovely sociable modern parent type owners youd love it there, free minded bikers a bit rough around the edges however will be shoved in a dodgy pitch right next to the busy road and stared at for not joining in the jolly throng
...cockwombles
Its a trick............get an Axe

The long range forecast for next Saturday is 31c and sunny so bring water you'll need it and cool clothing... I will try and find a ice cream stop somewhere...

And you'd not catch me camping in that temperature....you also need to register with campsites etc for contact tracing....

Hi Russ just seen this ok to tag along. Just ridden Salisbury perimeter road twin track apart from the wet bomholes on way back from mid Wales 3 day camping to see family near Cwmsymlog. TET on the doorstep did some of the big bike friendly bits.

Paul.
