Re: MALVERN HILLS RALLY UPDATE
Big thanks to John and Tim for the rideout--we were lucky with the weather for a change and the campsite was not too bad at all(has been worse!). John was a bit worried on Thursday as there were only 4 of us--but the numbers filled up on Friday.Tim did a recce of the whole route on Friday and had to do a few mods to avoid floods etc--it worked very well and it was a brisk run (for me on the old CB500--but literally I never got in the power band above 7k--its old school and still pulls well and handles very well for a 23 year old ). I had a dry run back and just a wee bit of tent airing required--and a good bike wash and check over of course--used a new "Bike Wash--Pro-green , salt free"--seems to work well. I tried to have a look at the lower Lode in--I could only get within 1/2 mile![
ps bigger DTRLs now added!

Re: MALVERN HILLS RALLY UPDATE
Just wanted to firstly add my thanks to Devon John for organising another great weekend. Thanks too for the owners who accomadated us with our muddy boots and served up tasty evening meals.
Tim and Scott put on a great road ride which was enjoyed muchly, along with the beer after the 200 miles round trip (give or take)
All in, a bloomin great weekend talking rubbish with fellow bikers, whose names I have already forgotten (no offense please )
Looking forward to the next gathering.
Dave
