Just been up some of the lanes on my mountain bike. Isolated showers today means that they are quite slippery in parts and too much rain this year means some are overgrown. Lots of stinging nettles !!

Enjoy and be careful.

Did some lanes today after picking up the KTM, The Pirelli Scorpions are not the greatest tyre I've ridden on off tarmac (but still much better than Trail wings, Battle Wings or Tourances)

Bit frustrated as I was hoping to fit my (free) 2nd hand crash bars and pannier racks to protect the Adv but I need some longer bolts before I can fit either

So to play safe I'm going to use the CCM tomorrow instead, especially as it needs a bit of a shake down before the Beacons Rally next week.

Yep, some of the lanes are a bit overgrown

We had a great day, the lanes were in good nick (well most of them) and the rain stayed away.

There was the occasional "lying down moment" but no damage was done, this included myself managing to fall off on my own drive and ending up in a bush when I lost my footing parking the bike

Twenty four lanes in total and I only remembered to get the camera out once
