Suzuki DRZ400S

2002 Suzuki DRZ400S with many practical mods. In good condition for its ages, but it is not a showroom bike, it loves to plug mud!

12976 miles with MOT til March 2022

Last oil and filter change at 11984 miles, as well as new C&S and Michelin Trackers & motion pro rim locks fitted.

New Camchain and brand new auto tensioner fitted at 12039 miles (the later type with better design.) Manual cam adjuster included, but i didnt trust myself to adjust this.

New swingarm bearings and linkage bearings at 12082 miles

All the usual loctite bolts have been applied inside the engine on stator bolts and cam chain bolts etc..

Water pump silicone mod has been applied.

Reg/Rec has been upgraded as well as the stator replaced as the last reg/rec burnt out the stator SImilar to this, but mounted behind the headlight - https://www.createfixshare.com/articles ... r-upgrade/

Heavy duty Unibiker radiator guards fitted, best on the market as well as a sump guard and genuine suzuki rack.

Bike is running the FCR carb, which makes it much more responsive and gives it a fair chunk more torque. This has an extended fuel screw fitted for easy adjustment. Runs very well on this carb.

3x3 Air box mod has been done as well as the free power mod to provide more charging power to the battery.

Wider footpegs has been fitted as well as a custom comfort seat which makes it so much better for long distance.

Delkevic exhaust which saves a fair chunk of weight over the original and doesnt rust.
