I have the IMS 3 gal tank on my WR250R--Its the biggest that still allows the side panels to be fitted and you wouldn't really know its on there. Fit is pretty good and its been very reliable--my best advice would be to buy direct from IMS in the States.

Probably the nicest looking WR I've ever seen. Looks great in white/speedblock, and the black frame/swingarm works really well.catcitrus wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 11:53 am I have the IMS 3 gal tank on my WR250R--Its the biggest that still allows the side panels to be fitted and you wouldn't really know its on there. Re: WR250R Big Fuel Tank - Wanted
Its had some farkles--GYTR genuine exhaust, EXUP removed, rear shock rebuilt with Racetech bits, shims, new bladder etc, softer japanese springs front and rear. Its had its 350W alternator recall. The motor has a 24k valve check interval--and mine has been to Bulgaria and back camping all the way-with seat concepts low and wide seat(super)--just changed the oil and adjusted the chain. It has my own carbon/kevlar bashplate design, and I have just fitted a KTM 690 touring screen to the front blade. Also a Scotts steering damper. It is ex Scottish police--hence white and no graphics when I got it---but this is hijacking the poor chaps thread for a bigger tank?
