I may be able to help you there, I actually have 2 engines (both 2014) one the output spline worn out, other cylinder gone. I was trying to get them down to 1 working unit but Covid has screwed that up. They're both at an old work colleagues place 90 miles away from me, so would have to wait post lockdown. Also have the rest of the bike in storage, although it's the M variant

Scutty is correct, I'm trying to help a guy out from Finland who's itching to build one and is struggling to source one from his home turf.... thanks regardless

I got the wrong end of the stick on that one - I have a complete bike minus 2 engines but it's the 250M motard version, frame & majority the same, but forks, wheels etc probably won't be what he's looking for. One day I may get it back up with a 300 / 500 engine, but need a garage first

Is it not better to buy a good complete bike and sell the engine, I would have thought a good second hand engine to be a rarity and command a good price.

You'd be surprised, sometimes you get lucky. I bought <500 mile engine for £360 delivered 2 1/2 years ago, nobody bids on them as very few people need em
