Scorpa T-ride 250F 2008 with 2748 miles on it (but will probably go up unless we get locked down again.
For those that don't know what this is, its an Enduro crossover bike, so a bit of Enduro with a bit of Trials ability, but the great thing is it has a low seat 850mm which for those of a vertically challenged nature like me with a 28" inside leg, you can touch the floor. Its the Yamaha WR250 four stroke engine in Scorpa's own frame. Very light at 98kg and well liked by the long distance trials community.
In the time I've owned it the carb has been rebuilt and Forks rebuilt by Nigel Birkett of Birkett Motorsport the UK Scorpa importer. Oil changed regularly (every 3 - 4 trail rides as well as air filter cleaned. Good Michelin knobblies with heavy duty tubes in.Has a rack on it now since some of the pics. On current gearing it will sit at 70mph on the road but still low enough geared for trail riding and sprockets and chain all good. Has electric and kick start, the Holy grail of trail riding. Located nr J40 of M6, Penrith in Cumbria, bought from this site previously. Image

It keeps up nicely on a trail ride, I'm no endure god by any means but it's not lacking I think and very good in technical terrain

Hi Hoggy, I wonder if you could answer a couple of questions;

Have you got a photo with the rack on it, how is it fixed to the bike, does it have a rear subframe ?

Whats the fuel tank range ?

and does the electric start work ?

cheers, Bob.

hi bob
I'll add a pic of the bike with the rack shortly, but yes it has a subframe although a short one, it's bolted through one of the side panel bolts into a captive nut then a bracket made that goes under the seat and over the subframe. Think it's a 7.5 litre tank so about 80-90 miles depending on riding, I don't struggle with trail riding for fuel. Electric start works fine, never used the kick start other than to see if it works :mrgreen:
Hope that helps

Go on, someone - buy this little beauty. Could be a while before another one of these comes up in great nick with low mileage.

If it was French registered and in my area I'd be buying it no question.
