A 1975 Honda CB500 Four K1 UK model in good condition 25500 miles, UK registered from new not an import. The CB500/4 is VMCC eligible and qualifies for classic insurance and free tax, current MOT expires June 2018.
The previous owner had the bike from 1993 to 2017 and the one before from 1985 to 1993.
Previous owner fitted new original exhaust, engine bars, regulator/rectifier, Boyer ignition and new battery & I fitted a new master cylinder, receipts available.
He had the cycle parts repainted, tank & plastics are the correct colour, not as orange as they look in the photos! The frame has been repainted.
The bike comes with V5C in my name, 2 keys, the original tool kit, MOTs and service receipts from 1994, Haynes manual and CD with a digital copy of workshop manual and parts list.
Viewing recommended, I am located in Dursley Gloucestershire, about 6 miles from M5 J13 or J14

That brings back some very nice memories. January 1975 I bought a Candy Gold CB500-4, exactly as the one in the photos.

In 2 years it covered most of the roads in Ireland, rotted out the exhausts, acquired a full fairing, a satin black CB750-4 tank [bigger and a straight fit]and black side panels, engine bars, rear sets, clip ons shocks and a few tuning parts..... [all originals were kept] but even better it could scrub a rear tyre in 2,000 miles...... Best of all was those 2 summers of 75 and 76 were the longest hottest summers we ever got. I put a lot of miles on it but it never needed anything other than consumables and routine service. Always felt like it would go on forever and so easy to service. For some tappets seem a painful means of valve adjustment but so easy to do blindfold and very accessible.

A great buy for the collection I think.
