I ended up buying a set of the XL moto panniers for 40 squid. Decided I needed something for my Monkey bike.
They’re about 20 litres each and come with an internal stiffener, though the stiffener is padded so it takes up a litre or two of the space.
They have no instructions so it’s all a matter of guessing and fudging what would work best for you, but for 40 quid I don’t mind.
Quality appears good though haven’t tried them out for a good sized trip yet.

Mosko Moto tried and tested in Iceland and Morocco. Crash tested in Wales Iceland and Morocco :oops: wouldn't use anything else now
