Another Tent Thread.
I just got this Berghaus Peak 3.3 tent yesterday and put it up in the garden this morning.I haven't bought it for using with the bike as I now have a trailer and can take an even bigger tent but at less than 3.4kg it might be of interest to someone.3000mm HH (the Snugpak website reckons anything over 2000HH can easily cope with British rainfall) rip stop nylon and alloy poles suggest it should be pretty decent. It's a 3 person tent so plenty of room for two plus gear.I especially like the black bedroom,no more waking up at the crack of dawn or trying to sleep with a neck warmer over my eyes! Only £85 off Ebay from Millets just now.Millets own website is selling it at £111 so a bit of a bargain I think.

Is that the Barbie model
I've got a similar style Coleman Tatra and I just cannot get on with the side entry. That combined with the high lip around the door means I'm always getting tangled up. I'm probably going to swap it for the Monviso which is the same tent but without the front bit. It's less storage space but I can do without that.

Strange,I also posted this on a Facebook hillwalking page and had over 80 likes and not one person commented on it being red.Obviously keeping up a macho appearance is more important to ABR types!
