Never had a problem changing gear while wearing mine. No different to my TCX boots.

I've just bought some of these https://jsaccessories.co.uk/product/bks ... ant=105068 and they are very comfortable but whether they are too short for what you need Dave.

Had mine over 2 years.
Like slippers but some reason my wife won't let me wear them in the house.

Well they're smart. I like the way they look like lace-ups but actually have a zip - good for simpletons like me. Maybe I could write L and R on them too.Billy Bananahead wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 5:34 pm I've just bought some of these https://jsaccessories.co.uk/product/bks ... ant=105068 and they are very comfortable but whether they are too short for what you need Dave.

BKS are a good make. I used to race in a set of made to measure BKS leathers and still have the gloves. Worth considering, thanks Banana.

I have 2 pair, low and high. Really comfortable for both riding and walking in. The soles are pretty soft and are easily wrecked by enduro pegs.

Re: Forma Adventure Boots - are they made for walking?
Had mine for some 10 years now - and used them every day through my Americas trip (see link to blog below).
Still the most comfortable boots I have off the bike (even prefer them to my Albergs for walking around). Lost their waterproofing along the way a few years back, but after a rewax etc they are still heavy shower proof. Have to say the build quality on mine is first class too.
I´d probably buy another pair - but (at least for now) I don´t need to!
Hope that helps
Pat

Yes that does help Pat, of course. You don't get much better testimony than that. After 10 years i bet yours smell lovely...Barcelona Pat wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 9:05 pm Had mine for some 10 years now - and used them every day through my Americas trip (see link to blog below).
