A Word of Warning re Klim at ADV Gear.
Just a word of caution, I ordered some Klim product from these people in early Feb was told the gear would be delivered in just a few days, 21st April I'm still waiting for it.

Assuming you have chased them, I would be having a word with my credit card company.

The order consisted of trousers and a jacket the trousers arrived after a month I have chased the outstanding jacket a few times and keep getting told delivery is imminent, difficult to get a refund when the order has been half fulfilled, the company is in Dublin.

If you are in UK and they are being mailed from Dublin,....mail from Ireland to UK since Brexit can take 6 weeks. I have been sending packages to my daughter in London and 4-6 weeks is common and nothing has arrived in less than 3 weeks. Prior to Brexit no paperwork was required, but now HMRC seem to require paperwork and the post offices not just in Ireland but in other countries are struggling to handle it. Prior to Brexit 2 days for letters and 3 for packages seemed to be normal.Pint Master wrote: ↑Wed Apr 21, 2021 8:26 pm The order consisted of trousers and a jacket the trousers arrived after a month I have chased the outstanding jacket a few times and keep getting told delivery is imminent, difficult to get a refund when the order has been half fulfilled, the company is in Dublin.

Yes, but the delayed packages are now British packages, and all the happier for it!

I received my jacket today, Klim at ADV gave me a Klim waterproof over jacket by way of apology for the delay which I'm sure wasn't their fault they are a trustworthy company to do business with, as far as postage from ROI they posted it over the weekend and i received it today so no Brexit hold up there.

Everything it seems is in short supply we've had some vans on order from last year that we might get by the end of this, I tried to buy a new E-Bike and was told delivery would be into next year.
